The best time to book your signage is after you have booked your venue and date, and are working on designs for florals and other details. This allows plenty of time to personalize your pieces and ensure cohesion throughout your day! Even if you don’t have all your choices picked yet, booking early ensures our delivery team will be available on your day. We always finalize the details like fonts, colors, etc. around 2 months out, but recommend reserving your date between 6-12 months, although no time is too early!
Our couples have the option to pick up their items or have our team deliver and set up on their wedding day. For large rented displays our delivery and pickup is required.
We can also ship smaller acrylic signage. If you are located outside of DFW but want to use our services please contact us for available options!
We offer items as both rentals and keepsakes. Most acrylic items will be keepsake pieces and the large displays rental pieces.
Crafted by Cambridge couples typically spend around $2,000 on their wedding signage package, our minimum order is $800.
Occasionally we can take on rush orders for weddings happening less than two months away. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate rush requests and they will be accepted on a case-by-case basis based on availability. The sooner you book for your event the better - this also gives us more time to create and design your special details!
Yes! We’ve worked with a variety of wedding planners in the past to create designs that match the established aesthetic of your day. We can either work directly with your planner - or with you as a couple to create your custom designs.
We do! While weddings are the heart of what we do, we can also create custom designs for corporate events, grand openings and other celebrations.
